I am new to ecological learning and constraints led approach for coaching. The format, variety of educated and experienced guests and the information Josh shares on his podcast has been very helpful. His guests are well spoken and often have different views on how to be successful coach. I have recommended his podcast to all my friends who want to improve their coaching skills.
