Stuart Armstrong invited me onto the Talent Equation Podcast to talk about the Scalable Live Training construct, 3D Coaching, CLA, and untangle the multilayered web of traditional martial arts.

The Talent Equation is one of the reasons Combat Learning exists, down to the show’s format being modeled after its free-flowing, minimally edited style. It’s one of the oldest platforms promoting the ecological approach, and as a result, one of the largest and best known.

I often borrow phrases from Stuart (e.g., “performance/learning paradox”), and he and his many fantastic guests have been indispensable along my journey into Ecological Dynamics and constraints-led coaching.
