How Karate Ruined Aliveness
It doesn't matter how useful it is for training...it will not survive impact with the karate culture.
Let me tell you a secret about karate people.
They adopt popular language (like “live” and “aliveness”) and then they “karate-fy” it into something else, usually the opposite meaning. And then they pretend that their redefinition is what the thing was all along.
